LASER OPS MOBILE GAMING POLICIES
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Laser Ops Mobile Gaming party reservation. No deposit will be required to hold your chosen day and time. However, full balance of payment is due within ten days of your event. Cancellation (by you, or by us if remaining payment is not received) ten days or less before your party results in forfeiture of deposit. Changing the date or time of your party does not result in forfeiture of you deposit. Should you need to change your plans, we will work with to find a date and time that is available.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Major credit cards/debit cards are accepted as online payment. For organizations unable to pay online, checks are acceptable, but must clear prior to the event. Please contact us if you need to make payment arrangements other than online payments.
PRIVACY POLICY: Laser Ops Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that is collected on the site for reservation purposes ONLY. We strive to make your experience with Laser Ops Mobile Gaming as simple as possible and will make every effort to enhance your overall experience with our company. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE: A travel surcharge will apply for all locations in excess of 30 miles of zip code 33634.
LOCATION: The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Mobile Theater to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you contact your local church or recreation center. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, Laser Ops Mobile Gaming will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled, but a $50 fee will be assessed in this event. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the truck and trailer to maneuver into the driveway. Our inflatables require specifically sized, relatively flat areas with access to electricity (or generator if remote location) within 100 feet. See our FAQ page for more on this.
SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER: The Laser Ops Mobile Gaming game truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, etc.) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated major storm/severe thunderstorm) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process. SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Although you are welcomed to, Laser Ops Mobile Gaming does not require a parent to be present inside the trailer, although one must be available on the grounds if needed. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year!
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You are welcome to serve alcohol at your event, but Laser Ops Mobile Gaming reserves the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance, or creates a danger to our staff or guests. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Laser Ops Mobile Gaming equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately and Law Enforcement being contacted.
SMOKING: Laser Ops Mobile Gaming does not allow smoking/vaping in or around our mobile game theater. Please keep any smoking activity away from the theater.
DAMAGE/INJURY: Laser Ops Mobile Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game truck or other equipment in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Laser Ops Mobile Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Laser Ops Mobile Gaming or their staff will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK: Laser Ops Mobile Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the game truck prior to entering.
PICTURES: While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on the Laser Ops Mobile Gaming social media pages and copy them if you wish. If you do not want pictures taken used for social media or web site purposes, please our Game Coach know.
TIPS: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Laser Ops Mobile Gaming will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without adult approval prior to/at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game available, just let our Game Coach know. Questions about game ratings? See the ESRB web site for more information.
Booking any party with Laser Ops Mobile Gaming constitutes your agreement with these policies.
